Al Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo on Monday broke the Saudi League record for goals scored in one single season.
Ronaldo scored a brace against Al Ittihad to take his tally to 35 goals as Al Nassr won 4-2.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has also registered 11 assists in 31 games.
The previous record was 34 goals scored in the season 2018/19 by Abderrazak Hamdallah.
While Al Hilal sealed the SPL title with three games to go, Ronaldo and his team-mates will have one last shot at silverware when they face Al Hilal in the King Cup of Champions final in the coming days.
