Fermín Lopez then give Xavi’s men the lead before Lucas Vázquez equalized for the hosts.
However, Jude Bellingham scored a late stoppage time goal to give Carlo Ancelotti’s side all three points.
The victory means Real Madrid are now 11 points clear at the top of the LaLiga table with 81 points from 32 games.
Barcelona, meanwhile, are in second position with 71 points from the same number of games.
