Former Tottenham Hotspur star, Jermaine Jenas has heaped praises on Arsenal’s William Saliba for his display for France against the Netherlands at Euro 2024.
Saliba was outstanding as France played 1-1 against Netherlands on Friday.
The defender made one clearance and one block, won 1/2 duels, and completed 85/86 passes against the Netherlands.
Speaking on BBC One (via TBR Football), Jenas said:
“He is one of the best in the business at that, William Saliba, in a one v one situation.
“Stays on his feet all the time. Doesn’t panic.”
