Euro 2024: 6 countries qualify for Round of 16 [See names]

At the moment, six countries have booked their places in the last-16 at the ongoing Euro 2024.

The six countries are Italy, England,Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Portugal.

England and Italy became the latest to qualify for the knockout stages.

Italy needed a last-minute equalizer from Mattia Zaccagni to draw 1-1 with Croatia on Monday night.

The result means the Azzurris will finish second behind Spain, who defeated Albania 1-0 to top Group B.

Luciano Spalletti’s men will now play Switzerland in the Round of 16.

England have also qualified with a game to spare, after Spain’s victory over Albania.
