Former Arsenal star, Santi Cazorla has decided to continue playing football for at least one more season.
Earlier this month, Cazorla revealed that he had spoken to Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta about a potential return to the Gunners.
The 38-year-old is currently playing for Spanish second-tier side, Real Oviedo.
Last weekend, Oviedo lost 2-1 on aggregate to Espanyol in the promotion play-off final.
However, Cazorla has decided to continue with his boyhood club as he signed a one-year extension.
The Spanish midfielder is hoping to give the club one last gift and take them back to the Spanish first division.
