EPL: Ten Hag’s reign as Man Utd manager has come to an end – Ex-Chelsea striker

Former Chelsea striker, Chris Sutton has insisted that Erik ten Hag’s reign as Manchester United manager has come to an end.

Ten Hag has been under intense pressure at Man United recently.

His team reached the FA Cup final on Sunday, but needed penalties to beat Championship side Coventry, despite leading 3-0 with 20 minutes to go at Wembley Stadium.

The Red Devils are seventh in the Premier League table, 16 points off the top four.

They were eliminated in the UEFA Champions League group stage this season.

“I really don’t know where Ten Hag goes from this,” Sutton said on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Monday Night Club.

“It is the end for him now – there is no way he is coming back after that.”
