Real Madrid have suffered a major injury blow ahead of their LaLiga clash with Valladolid on Sunday evening.
The Los Blancos confirmed in a statement on their website that midfielder Jude Bellingham has has been diagnosed with an injury to the plantaris muscle in his right leg ahead of the Valladolid clash at Santiago Bernabeu.
This means Bellingham could be out of action for a month.
“Following tests carried out today on Jude Bellingham by Real Madrid’s medical team, the player has been diagnosed with an injury to the plantaris muscle in his right leg.
“His progress will be monitored,” Real Madrid’s statement read.
Real Madrid head to the game after playing a 1-1 draw with Mallorca in their last game.
The kick-off time for Real Madrid vs Valladolid is 4 pm.
