EPL: ‘It’s unacceptable’ – Ten Hag on Man Utd’s 4-2 win over Sheffield

Manchester United coach, Erik ten Hag, was not happy with his team’s performance despite beating Sheffield United 4-2 in the Premier League on Wednesday.

Jayden Bogle gave Sheffield the lead, before Harry Maguire restored parity for the hosts in the first half.

Ben Brereton Diaz then put the visitors in front in the second half.

But captain Bruno Fernandes scored a brace to give the Red Devils the lead.

However, Rasmus Hojlund added a late goal to give Man United all three points at Old Trafford.

The win over Sheffield means, Ten Hag’s side moved up into sixth place on the Premier League table.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Ten Hag said: “It was for the crowd a good game. Four goals and many chances we created.

“I think we played quite well, also creating many more chances. Many positives. But also negatives.

“Conceding two goals from give-aways. It’s unacceptable.”
