Former Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid striker, Emmanuel Adebayor, has tipped Manchester City to win this season’s Premier League title ahead of Arsenal.
Arsenal currently top the Premier League table with a point ahead of Pep Guardiola’s side after beating Tottenham 3-2 on Sunday.
But Man City have a game in hand over Arsenal.
Speaking to Premier League Productions, Adebayor, a former Arsenal and Man City attacker, believes Mikel Arteta’s side could drop more points in their final three games against Bouremouth, Man United and Everton.
“Anything is possible with Arsenal because we all know how good they can play. This team is very young and very talented,” Adebayor said.
“But am I sure they are going to get nine points? I’m not sure. Anything can happen. We saw a couple of weeks ago they lost at home to Aston Villa.
“Whereas if you ask me can Man City win their next 20 games I would say yes because they have proved they can do it. Arsenal are looking better and stronger but I’m not sure they are going to win their last three games.”
