Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday night defeated Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 in the UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg.
Niclas Fullkrug gave the home side the lead in the first leg following a counter attack.
The victory ensured Dortmund hold a first leg advantage ahead of PSG.
The Bundesliga giants will now face the French Ligue 1 champions in the return leg next week in Paris.
Meanwhile, in the other semi-final encounter played yesterday, Bayern Munich played 2-2 with Real Madrid in Germany.
