Nigeria’s Super Eagles have been drawn in Group D of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, qualifiers.
Nigeria will face the likes of Benin Republic, Libya and Rwanda.
Benin Republic, handled by former Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr defeated Nigeria 2-1 in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier last month.
The Rwanda are also in the same group.
The draw ceremony took place in Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday afternoon.
The qualifiers will kick-off in September and will run through November, 2025.
The competition will be played between December 21 and January 18, 2026.
