Libya sat back to soak the pressure and needed Al Wuheeshi to stop another effort from Iwobi in the 40th minute.

Play was halted for around five minutes after the break to allow Al Wuheeshi receive treatment for an injury.

The Super Eagles wasted a number of clear cut chances afterwards.
