Former Arsenal star, Ian Wright, has revealed what manager Mikel Arteta is doing wrong following their back to back defeats.
Arsenal were beaten by Newcastle United in the Premier League at the weekend and followed that up with another defeat in the Champions League against Inter Milan on Wednesday night.
Wright said he is not happy with the position Arteta is playing Kai Haverz for Arsenal.
The English pundit said the German should be a back-the-goal striker and the focal point in attacks.
He told Wrighty’s House podcast that Havertz being played in any other position is not good for the team.
“You know what I didn’t like? I want to have Havertz back where he is,” he said.
“I want to have Havertz back up there being that focal point and the nuisance and the link and the fact that he’s in and around the box a lot more. He’s playing out there, out of that false nine. I’m just not feeling that.
“Moreno is still trying to find his feet. We seem very robust and strong in there, but the creativity, his creativity.”
