EPL: Manchester United shakes up executive structure under new ownership

Manchester United has announced further changes to its executive structure in an official statement.

Interim CEO Patrick Stewart and CFO Cliff Baty will step down by mutual consent at the end of this season.

To take over their roles, Jean-Claude Blanc, the CEO of Jim Ratcliffe’s INEOS Sport, will serve as the new chief executive until Omar Berrada starts on July 13th.

Similarly, former INEOS Sport CFO Roger Bell will replace Cliff Baty.

These changes come as Manchester United continues to establish a new management team under co-owner Jim Ratcliffe following the departure of former CEO Richard Arnold last November and football director John Murtough earlier this month.
