Five Arsenal players have been included in the 2023/2024 PFA Premier League Team of the Year as Manchester City’s Phil Foden won the award.
Foden won the PFA award ahead of The Man City teammates Erling Haaland and Rodri.
However, they five Arsenal players in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year William are Saliba, Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard, David Raya and Gabriel Magalhaes.
The Gunners pushed Manchester City in the title race last season, but ended up in second place, two points behind Pep Guardiola’s side.
However, Arsenal’s efforts have been recognised at the PFA Awards with five players featuring in the Premier League Team of the Year.
Man City are represented by Foden, Haaland, Kyle Walker and Rodri. The team is completed by Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk and Aston Villa and England striker Ollie Watkins.
