EPL Table: Prize money each team will earn from their final position revealed

As the Premier League season draws to a close, the title race and relegation battle are heating up, with millions of pounds at stake for each club involved.

Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool are all vying for the top spot, with City earning a record £176.2 million for winning the title last season.

This sum came from the distribution of funds from the Premier League’s TV rights deals, which are split between the 20 clubs based on a fixed equal share, merit payment, commercial revenue and facility fees.

Every position in the Premier League is worth around £3.1 million, with teams earning higher amounts based on their finishing position and the number of times their matches are broadcast live in the UK.

The financial implications of the Premier League table are significant, with the difference between finishing in first and fifth place being nearly £12.5 million.

Even finishing in mid-table can bring in tens of millions of pounds in prize money.

As the season reaches its climax, the stakes are high, and every point earned or lost could have a significant impact on each club’s financial future.
