Former Arsenal striker, Nwankwo Kanu has given his verdict on Arsenal’s title race with Manchester City, insisting that the Gunners are fighting so hard to the finish line.
Kanu said this while reacting to Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.
Arsenal registered a historic win against the Red Devils at Old Trafford to returned to the top of the league table.
Leandro Trossard’s first-half strike was all Mikel Arteta’s men needed to beat Erik ten Hag’s side in their backyard.
The victory also ensured the Premier League title race will go down to the final day of the season next weekend.
Arsenal will play Everton at the Emirates on the last day, hoping that Manchester City fail to win at Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday, May 14.
If Manchester City fails to win in either of their last two games, Arsenal will be crowned champions.
