Former Chelsea player, Joe Cole has named two Portugal stars that could help Cristiano Ronaldo play for the national team for another 10 years.
According to Cole, the players are Rafael Leao and Bernardo Silva.
Ronaldo, 39, is getting ready to lead Portugal to 2024 Euro that will start this Friday.
Speaking on TNT Sports (via Eurosport), Cole said:
“I agree with Ally in the sense that they looked better without him at the World Cup in 2022, but I can’t discount the fact that if you have got Leao on one wing and Bernardo Silva on the other, he [Ronaldo] could play for another 10 years.”
“He could just get in between the sticks and put the ball away. So I think they are a better team with Cristiano.”
