Leicester City’s Nigerian duo, Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi, are celebrating their promotion back to the English Premier League.
This news was confirmed after QPR defeated Leeds 4-0 at home on Friday evening, securing Leicester’s promotion.
Ilias Chair and Lucas Andersen scored in the first half, with Lydon Dykes and Sam Field adding two more goals after half-time.
QPR’s victory also confirmed their position in the Championship for the upcoming season.
With two games remaining, Leicester City now has 94 points, making them the league winners with Leeds in second place with 90 points, followed by Ipswich Town in third place with 89 points and three fixtures left.
