Man United vs Arsenal: ‘Hard to find someone better than him’ – Arteta names very important player

Arsenal’s clash with Manchester United looms large as a pivotal moment in their quest for Premier League glory, slated for March 12 at Old Trafford.

Amidst the anticipation, veteran star Jorginho, who made the switch from Chelsea to Arsenal for €11.3 million in January 2023, inked a contract extension, reaffirming his commitment to the Emirates.

Despite sporadic starts, Jorginho’s consistency and reliability have not gone unnoticed by manager Mikel Arteta, who lauded the midfielder’s invaluable contributions to the team.

Arteta emphasized Jorginho’s exceptional understanding of the game and his adeptness in guiding and mentoring fellow players, dubbing him an exemplary figure.

The Spaniard described the 32-year-old as a ‘very important player’ in his team.

Arteta was asked about Jorginho’s importance in his plans and he replied, “He’s a very important player for all coaches because his game understanding and the way he communicates and coaches people is excellent.

“As a model, it’s very difficult to find someone better than him.”
