Lazio are interested in signing Chelsea target Hafiz Umar Ibrahim.
According to LondonWorld, Chelsea are keen to sign the Nigerian striker but have not been able to agree a transfer fee with his club, Ojodu City.
As a result, it has left the door open for Lazio, who have been monitoring the situation, to register their interest for the 18-year-old youngster.
Ibrahim attracted interest from several top European clubs after registering 10 goals in six games at the Viareggio Cup earlier this year.
He impressed while on trial at Chelsea in March this year.
